Since the 8th century and through the writings of Homer’s “Ulysses” people have been fascinated by the mystery of the sea siren. Using her heavenly voice and feminine charms, the siren has seduced and enchanted unsuspecting young sailors. This has led them to be dashed on the dangerous rocks, sending them to a watery grave.
